A former Bromley Academy player, James has firsthand knowledge of the standards, discipline, and technical skills required to progress in football. He now uses this experience to guide and inspire the next generation, focusing on both individual player development and building strong, cohesive teams.
James is dedicated to creating a positive, challenging, and supportive environment where players can grow in confidence, improve their abilities, and enjoy the game.

Connor Falp is an experienced youth football coach who has worked with some of the country’s top development programmes. He previously coached at Norwich City, leading their Advanced Centres in Kent and providing talented young players with a pathway into the club’s academy.

Connor Falp is an experienced youth football coach who has worked with some of the country’s top development programmes. He previously coached at Norwich City, leading their Advanced Centres in Kent and providing talented young players with a pathway into the club’s academy.
Connor now holds a similar role at Chelsea FC, working across both the boys’ and girls’ Advanced Centres. His coaching philosophy focuses on developing technical excellence, game intelligence, and a love for the sport, while creating opportunities for players to progress to the highest level.
Connor is currently studying for his UEFA B qualification.
